About Me

IMG_0017My name is Tony & ClassicalFix is my website.

I am currently a second year Classical Studies MA student with the Open University and upon completion of my MA I have my eyes firmly set on continuing with a PhD.

I set ClassicalFix up initially as a Classical Studies & Ancient History Blog, but soon after I realised that I could do so much more with it, so I started to add more content.

ClassicalFix is devoted entirely to the Classical World, including the languages of Ancient Greece and Rome.

ClassicalFix It is a place for sharing ideas and engaging in debates on all aspects of Classical Studies. Alongside my MA studies I am working hard to develop my skills in Latin & hope to do the same with Ancient Greek. I work full time so juggling study with work is second nature to me. I spend most of my spare time reading and learning! I live in a small village in East Yorkshire, UK.

Please take the time to explore the website, but above all I hope that you enjoy reading the blog. Please feel free to comment on any of the posts.

If you have any ideas or suggestions for ClassicalFix please use the Contact Form to let me know, I’m always happy to receive constructive feedback!
